Offers a full range of services - from simple testing assistance to evaluating vendors that provide turnkey outsourcing. Augments the subscriber’s hot-site team and includes a review of current restoration procedures and recommendations for a smooth transition to the subscribed restoration configuration. Schedules tests, assembles the test team on behalf of the client, and executes the hot-site test for the client.
