Helps to ensure that a high-availability solution is in harmony with production and recovery environments.
Builds the strategy and manages the consolidation or move of client data centers. Includes development of "move day" procedures. Helps staff manage multiple vendors.
Designs and implements a technology architecture that can help organizations back up large amounts of data more quickly and effectively. Helps clients address storage—an issue that all large, and most mid-tier, clients are wrestling with.
Analyzes the current network environment. Identifies exposures and single points of failure. Provides the design of an alternate recovery network capability. Includes implementation and testing of a recovery network configuration, as well as the design of the network component within a high-availability continuity solution. Enables clients to settle network issues before they become a recovery contract problem.
